Amy McLeod is a Principal Broker, licensed for over 35 years, and specializing in residential real estate sales. One of her greatest joys & highest skills is as a “Top Negotiator” for her clients, viewing herself as an educator & facilitator on behalf of her sellers & buyers.
During her tenure as a Realtor she has earned multiple credentials, including her GRI, CRS, CIAS, CDPE, e-Pro, and MVAR Real Estate Team of the Year in 2023 & 2025. Previously she earned a BS Degree in Business from Portland State University and served with the US Marine Corps for 12 years. She serves her community as a member of Rotary, the Salem Chamber of Commerce and, Simonka Place for Women, through the Union Gospel Mission.
